A central file maintained for all Executive Office staff for reference to various policy, legislative, and other issues. A master list of centralized filing terms is maintained. Additions to the file are from the administrative, legislative, policy, and legal sections and include working files kept by individual staff members containing correspondence and background information, e.g. clippings, reports, and publications, used in their support activities on behalf of the Governor, e.g. briefings, budget review, bill analysis, speech writing, and liaison to state agencies.
